This paper provides a model to use technology to serve the pilgrims and access to the highest levels, automates the tickets pilgrims as the transportation of pilgrims between the holy sites constitutes the foundation to complete the pilgrimage and has made the concern officials of the Ministry of Hajj and the General Car Syndicate is to enhance this service for pilgrims. We have used a technical approach to provide this service documentary cycle analysis and design of an information system depends on a database linked to a network with the relevant authorities and characterization of the functions of each employee according to international standards of ISO 9000 system. This paper reviews the operational phases of this study over the past two years and the coming years and leave research to develop a ticket for transporting pilgrims between Jeddah and Medina and Mecca and the holy places by using an automated system linking the database of pilgrims and the database of tickets in order to simplify the transfer procedures outlined for the pilgrims.
The study recommends to move towards completing the development of transport service to reach the whole picture and the goal is to get rid of all the manual work, as well as to know the actual dates to ride buses and the duration of flight time and standby time before leaving for Haj from his country and the elimination of all manual work and take advantage of the many statements generated by the application of the study to improve all services provided to guests of the House of God. |
